Coach check-in improvements

Coach check-ins were initially introduced years back to increase customers engagement with the coaches. However, these check-ins were automated and some customers complained they were not personalised enough. Therefore, we have replaced the automated system with a manual system. All check-ins will now be performed by one of our coaches so that they are more personal and relevant 😊
